Andrew T. Magaline is of Counsel to the Lipeles Law Group, APC where he handles complex procedural issues, law & motion, and business and tax advisory matters. Mr. Magaline also handles select criminal and immigration matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Magaline maintained a discerning practice in the areas of land use, business, and landlord-tenant law, while serving as IRS resolution counsel for a respected boutique CPA firm in San Francisco. He has a well-earned reputation for excellent preparation, tenacious representation, and no-nonsense negotiation, while maintaining the utmost levels of professionalism.
Mr. Magaline earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he graduated cum laude and with pro-bono honors in December of 2012. While in school, Mr. Magaline earned numerous awards for excellence mortgages and land use law, and pre-trial preparation. He clerked for the San Diego City Attorney’s Office in their Land Use Litigation Unit where he played an important role in a wide range of high-stakes inverse condemnation and construction defect cases. In his free time, Mr. Magaline is an avid golfer and outdoorsman, and is an accomplished marksman.
